reservation & Cancellation Policy

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME  
Our standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

Guests scheduled to arrive early in the morning, who wish to access their room upon arrival, are advised to book the night prior. Early check and late check-out requests are at the discretion of the hotel and are subject to a charge.

PAYMENT / DEPOSIT TERMS
All the reservations must be guaranteed with credit card details at the time of booking. The payment can be made through credit card or bank transfers. Hote will share the payment link as per the hotel deposit policy.

CANCELLATIONS
·        In the event of any cancellation or modification 14 days before arrival, no cancellation charge will be applied.

·        In the event of any cancellation or modification 07 days before arrival, one night cancellation charge will be applicable

·        Any cancellation or amendment within 7 days of the date of arrival, would levy retention for 100% of the total room charge

IDENTITY PROOF
 A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in. The Credit Card Holder must be one of the travellers.


CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
The Hotel accepts all major Visa and Mastercard, debit and credit cards.
Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.

The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
